Noemi Barraza
Chief Executive Officer
Noemi Barraza co-founded TraverseHR and has over 25 years of experience in HR outsourcing. In her previous role as Chief Operating Officer at a major Arizona based PEO, she fostered a culture that empowered her team while emphasizing the importance of work-life balance. Her leadership was critical to employee and client retention across relationships spanning as many as 20 years. At TraverseHR, Noemi’s depth of experience and strong problem-solving skills enable her to create customized solutions for each client. In her current role as the CEO, she collaborates with business owners to assess their unique HR, payroll and benefits needs and develops tailored solutions aimed at delivering cutting edge technology and top-notch HR services to their most valuable asset—their employees.
Bejan Noorani
Chief Financial Officer
Bejan Noorani is the Founder and Chief Financial Officer for TraverseHR. He is committed to helping clients maximize their potential and as CFO oversees all client-side tax return preparation, benefit reconciliation and administration in addition to the internal management accounting. His prior experience includes 3 years as CFO/Controller in another PEO and over 10 years in public accounting providing tax, audit and accounting services for companies in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, wholesale and distribution and service-related industries. Bejan also has experience working with private equity groups and ERISA audits. Bejan is a Certified Public Accountant, as well as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Arizona Society of CPAs.
